In the latest Blender 4.3 release, developers have truly outdone themselves with a plethora of new and enhanced features. However, amidst the excitement, there are lingering frustrations that can put a dent in your workflow. These "pain points" are like a pesky fly at a picnic, annoying and persistent. One such annoyance is the default values of bump nodes, leaving users scratching their heads at the unexpected results. It's like driving a car with the steering wheel on the roof - confusing and counterintuitive.

Moving on to the shading editor, where finding nodes feels like searching for a needle in a haystack. The current system forgets your view settings, leading to a frustrating game of hide-and-seek with your nodes. It's like trying to navigate a maze blindfolded - disorienting and time-consuming. Another issue arises with externally linked changes, causing a headache when updating file names or contents. Blender's lack of efficiency in handling these alterations is akin to using a typewriter in the age of smartphones - outdated and cumbersome.

View manipulation quirks add another layer of frustration, especially when using the lock to 3D cursor function. It's like trying to dance with two left feet - awkward and clumsy. When diving into UV editing, the sudden scaling of UVs when enabling or disabling a bitmap reference is like a rollercoaster ride - thrilling yet disorienting. The user interface quirk of double-clicking to save changes adds unnecessary steps, akin to a car that requires two keys to start - needlessly complicated. Lastly, the rendered preview icon not reflecting the final render due to visibility settings is like looking through the wrong end of a telescope - misleading and frustrating.
